Kitchen has an oven, induction hob and refrigerator. The room has a dining table and a sofa, unfortunately no TV. The bedroom has a spacious and good bed, a large TV.
Bedroom and living room have air conditioning.
The washing machine is a 3 kg machine, which works perfectly.
The bathroom is dated from the early 1980s, the sink with surround is new, but you have to shower in the narrow bath, which is not convenient.
Parking is diagonally across the road, which is a busy road and you need to be patient to cross.
